A big congratulations to our Site Manager Jamie Williams and the entire site team for the successful completion of Phase 1 of the project, delivered on programme and achieving NHBC 6’s — a great reflection of the high standards maintained throughout the build.

This milestone is a testament to Jamie’s strong leadership, organisation and commitment to quality. From the early stages of the project through to completion, Jamie has ensured that work has been carried out efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.

Safety has remained a key priority throughout the project, with Jamie and the team maintaining a safe working environment on site while ensuring productivity and quality were never compromised. This approach has allowed the project to progress smoothly and be delivered in line with programme expectations.

Jamie has also worked closely alongside the client, maintaining open communication and collaboration to overcome challenges, coordinate works effectively and ensure that key targets were met to keep the programme on track. That teamwork and proactive approach has played a major role in delivering this phase successfully.

The achievement of NHBC 6’s highlights the quality of workmanship delivered by the team and the attention to detail that has been applied across the project.

Well done to Jamie and the whole team involved — another successful project milestone completed and something everyone should be proud of.

With Phase 1 now complete, it’s on to the next job and the next challenge.
